Return Process

  Log into your RWHOME account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
